What is your therapy approach?
I'm an eclectic therapist by trade, which means the I use evidence-based practices to find the best fit for you while we are working together. I use practice such as CBT, DBT, etc. with my clients but I don't exclusively use one practice. I believe that everyone grows and changes throughout their therapeutic journey, therefore, practices may need to change to support continued growth.
How do I schedule a session?
There are various ways you can get in touch with me to schedule a session. The best way is to contact me via email or by phone. Please allow 24 hours for a response. You can also use the contact form on the contact page.
What types of therapy do you offer and what are your age requirements?
I currently offer individual and couples therapy virtually. I currently accept clients as long as they are 12 or older.
When are you available?
When are you available?
I currently work on Monday evenings, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings, Friday evenings, and Saturday. Session times during certain days vary, so please reach out for my current openings!
Can we talk before I commit to therapy?
I currently offer a free 15-minute consultation session. We can either chat over the phone or via video conference over Zoom.
What are your fees and do you take insurance?
I currently contract with several insurance companies. I also offer sliding scale prices to help make therapy more accessible to the community as well as private pay. Please reach out to find out more about specific fees.
